Firan and Aktelux Team To Bring Enhances Value And New Capabilities To Aerospace Clients

Firan Technology Group (a division of Circuit World Corporation) and Aktelux (a division of Luxell Technologies Inc) announced a signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today, intended to allow them to co-develop and co-market an expanded range of defence & aerospace systems.

The two partners have entered into this agreement that will see them collaborating closely, both in injecting Firan”s expertise in high integrity electronic sub-systems to Aktelux”s expanding range of display systems and human-machine interfaces (HMI), and in applying Aktelux”s design expertise to Firan”s future product developments. Additionally, the companies will exploit other business synergies, to improve their competitive stance, deliver “best value in class”, and expand product range and services that they are able to provide to customers.

Brad Bourne, President of Firan commented, “This agreement builds on an already successful relationship between the two companies. We have already cooperated on projects in the US, Europe and the Far East.
