Circuit World Announces Appointment of Chief Executive Officer

Circuit World Corporation (TSX:CCW) announced today that Bradley Bourne, President of the Company, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, replacing Gordon Roseborough, effective immediately.

“Mr. Roseborough has lead Circuit World to its current technology leadership position. He has served as a pillar of strength for the organization during this time. We thank Mr. Roseborough for his leadership and wish him well in his future endeavours” said Mr. Ray Harris, Chairman, Circuit World Corporation.

Mr. Harris further stated, “With more than 20 years of experience in the aerospace industry and significant expertise in operations management, we are confident in Mr. Bourne”s abilities to successfully lead Circuit World as the Company pursues the many synergistic opportunities created by the acquisition of the Firan Technology Group.”

Mr. Bourne joined Circuit World in July 2003 through the Company”s acquisition of the Firan Technology Group (FTG), where, as President, he led the company”s return to profitability in 2002 and consistently strong performance thereafter. Prior to joining FTG, Mr. Bourne was President and General Manager for Flow Automation. He also spent 17 years at Spar Aerospace Limited in increasingly senior roles, including vice presidential positions for strategic development and marketing.
